Events & ticketing

The calendar every guest checks first

Collect events from organizers, posters and external sources, publish them on your site and app, and sell tickets when an event needs them.

The problem

Events are scattered across posters, chats and social posts

Guests cannot see what is on, and organizers have no simple place to publish. Staff retype details by hand, and good events never reach the people who would go.

How it works

From setup to going live in three steps

  1. 1

    Events come in

Organizers submit events themselves, upload a poster to have the details read automatically, or bring them in by import from external listings.

  2. 2

    You review and polish

Submissions go through moderation. Descriptions can be drafted or rewritten with AI, and recurring events are handled as a series.

  3. 3

    Guests discover, share and buy

Events appear on the site, in the app and in the hotel guest app, with maps and categories. Tickets are optional and are checked in by QR code.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to sell tickets?+

How are low-quality or duplicate events handled?+

Submissions pass through moderation, with automated checks to help staff catch duplicates and spam before anything goes live.

Can organizers publish without a developer?+

Yes. Organizers use a simple form or upload a poster, and staff approve from the admin.

Is the calendar multilingual?+

Yes. Events and categories can be shown in the languages your destination supports.
