Hotel guest app
Give every hotel guest a pocket concierge
Each hotel gets its own branded app, reached by a QR code. Guests find what is on, where to eat and how to get around, and ask for services during the stay.
The problem
Guests ask the front desk the same questions all day
Printed folders go out of date, and recommendations depend on who is at the desk. Hotels miss the chance to sell local services and to hear from guests while they are still staying.
How it works
From setup to going live in three steps
- 1
The hotel is set up
The destination creates the hotel with its name, colors, logo and contacts, and chooses which modules to switch on.
- 2
Content comes from the destination
Events, restaurants, experiences, guides, beaches and transport flow in from the destination, so the hotel does not maintain them. Hotel info pages are translated for guests.
- 3
Guests scan, stay and give feedback
Guests open the app from a QR code, install it if they like, request services during the stay and leave feedback that the hotel can act on.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do guests need to download an app?+
No. The app opens from a QR code in the browser and can be added to the home screen.
Who keeps the local content up to date?+
The destination does. Events, places and experiences come from the same platform, so hotels get fresh content without extra work.
Can the hotel take bookings?+
Yes. The hotel can offer room booking with availability, take card payments on its own Stripe account, choose instant confirmation or manual approval, and embed the booking page on its own website.
Is it a channel manager?+
No. Calendars are synced through iCal feeds with other booking sites, which is not a live rate or availability connection.
Is it available in several languages?+
Yes. The app and the hotel information pages are available in English, Italian, French and German.
Who pays for the hotel app?+
You decide. Hotels can use it for free, or you can define subscription plans and collect them on your own Stripe account, so each hotel's branded app becomes a source of income for your destination.
